HOW TO ORDER

1. メールまたはメッセージにてご予約を承ります。

2. 採寸、デザイン、素材、装飾などをご相談させていただき、仮縫い予定日を決定します。

3. 仮縫い靴をご試着頂き、デザインや履き心地の最終確認を行います。
   （場合により複数回お越しいただく事もございます。）

4. 最終デザインをもとに本製作を致します。

納期はデザイン、仕様により変動があります。

​採寸から仮縫いまではおよそ3ヶ月となります。

御注文時に商品代金の50%、納品時50%をお支払い頂きます。

クレジットカードの取り扱いはしておりません御了承ください。

<HOW TO ORDER>

​

1.     Please contact us by E-mail or direct message to make a reservation.

2.     We will take your foot measurements, and discuss your requirements for design and material.

3.     The bespoke shoe making service requires you to make a few visits, allowing you to check and 
       modify the   prototype design and size until you are completely satisfied.

4.     We will confirm the final designs and make the actual shoes to your exact specifications.

Payment terms: We require a payment of 50% of the total at time of order.

The remaining 50% will be settled upon delivery.

Lead Time: Approximately 8-12 months , depending on design and material

(estimated lead time for your particular order will be advised).

​

Methods of Payment: We accept cash, bank transfer. JPY, USD, and EUR are accepted.
